How do I receive my license key?
After completing payment, your license key is delivered instantly on the checkout success page and sent to your email. You can also view it in your account dashboard.
Can I buy as a guest?
Yes. You can checkout without creating an account. Your order access link will be sent to your email — keep it safe.
How do I export my keys?
On your order detail page or checkout success page, click the JSON, TXT, or Markdown button to download your license keys in your preferred format.
What payment methods do you accept?
We support Stripe and other secure payment providers. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.
Can I get a refund?
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours if the license key has not been activated. Contact support with your order ID.
My payment failed but I was charged.
Contact support with your order ID and payment reference. We will verify the transaction and deliver your key or process a refund.
